Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) - Lions Web Shop


1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of products, services, and sponsorship packages offered via the Lions Web Shop platform, operated by [Name of the Lions organization], as part of charitable events.

2. Acceptance of Terms

Any order placed on the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs. They take precedence over any other terms or conditions.

3. Products, Services, and Sponsorship

Each offering is tied to a specific event and available for a limited ordering period.

4. Order

Orders are placed exclusively online. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information (identity, address, Lions contact, billing details). An order becomes final upon receipt of payment. The organizer reserves the right to reject any incomplete or suspicious order.

5. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), including all applicable taxes.

Prices are valid only during the online sales period for the respective event.

6. Payment

Payments are made through secure methods (Bancontact, credit card, SEPA transfer, cash, etc.). Online transactions are processed through Mollie. Available payment methods may vary per event.

7. Delivery and Access

Products or services are delivered or activated as follows:

No standard postal delivery is provided. The customer is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Due to the customized, event-specific, or charitable nature of purchases, no right of withdrawal applies after order confirmation, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Invoicing

An invoice can be issued upon request and will be available for download in the user's account. If applicable, VAT exemption will be indicated explicitly.

10. Personal Data

Personal data is used solely to process orders and manage customer relationships. It will not be shared with third parties without consent. In accordance with GDPR, users have the right to access, modify, or delete their data.

11. Liability

Lions Web Shop cannot be held liable for event cancellations, postponements, or modifications due to force majeure or external decisions. Sponsorships or confirmed orders remain valid for the rescheduled date or will be adapted where possible.

12. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of the head office of the organizing Lions entity shall have sole jurisdiction.

13. VAT and Exemption

Sales through Lions Web Shop are organized by a non-VAT-liable association for charitable purposes.

Service provided by a non-taxable entity.
VAT exemption pursuant to Article 44 §2, 11° and 12° of the Belgian VAT Code.

As such, listed prices are VAT-exempt unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
